19yo girl in Mt Eliza, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, non verbal , overweight and other issues. Requires support worker/OT therapy assistant. Enjoys art, music. Loves students support workers that can help with this or exercises set by ot and physio. Has 24/7 care. May need some personal care assistance.
