Job Location: Hawthorn East

AGE CARE: SW required to assist elderly lady in Hawthorn East.

Fortnightly Shopping service starting from 03/Feb

Service Time -1000 -1200

Female SW required for elderly gentleman

Mon – Sunday (except Tuesday PM)   PM- I hour  

5pm- 6pm

To assist with dinner ( heat up meal ), bring any washing in, check medication from webster pack has been taken, general tidy up

Male PCA required for Male elderly client

Mon- Sunday  AM – 1 hour

9am- 10am

To assist with Personal care ( shower/ change clothes/ laundry ), breakfast meal assist and check medication from webster pack has been taken
