drive a participant every fortnight to and from home to physio

Starting 3^rd Dec, shift 1 pm – 4pm

Pick up client in Gembook to phyio in Mt Waverley, fortnightly

19 yo male with cerebral palsy requiring companionship and community outing

We are requiring some staff who are young, fun, self-motivated and able to motivate the participant to get out in the community twice a week.
