50+ yo Male requires assistance with showering and ADL’S – stroke client – Cranbourne

must be a good conversationalist and get client to be engaged in conversation. Assist with showering and

ADL's. Friday 10-12pm

Female SW required Cranbourne

• A Support Worker that can assist 7yo girl to build-on and increase her overall capacity regarding her routine, self-care skills, and emotional and behavioural development.
• A Support Worker that can liaise with other involved services in regards to clients emotional and behavioural development and that can implement or reinforce in the home alongside carer, provide strategies to ensure consistency.
• A Support Worker that can spend quality time playing games and having fun with the client both at home and in the community
• A support worker that can transport client to extra-circular activities or sports and encourage her during and throughout such activities.
  A female support worker would be more beneficial
• Wednesday after school (1600 onwards) and one day of the weekend
